It took place between 10-17 October 2009 in the city of IZMIR,Seferihisar, TURKEY.

Aim of the Training Course

This project is prepared to raise awareness for creativity and project
management. Developing important knowledge, skills, and attitude to
organize creative international projects will be the priority purpose.
While you will be practising on crises management in projects and
creativity in utilization of limited resources, you will learn how you can
cope with difficulties in European Projects. Our project also aims to
empower young people like all you to develop strategy for your own
organizations/projects.

Working Methods

Our training is based on non-formal learning methods. It means that learning is based on your experience, your motivation and your needs. You are responsible for your learning but the trainers team and participants group will support you. During the training Non-formal education methods and methods that assure balance between theory and practice are used such as lectures, presentations, discussions, group works, workshops, games, role plays, exercises etc.
